This is a fun little set. Neon orange beads spaced along a
decorative silver tone chain make up the 24" necklace. The
matching dangly earrings are 2 1/4" in length. Best estimate
of vintage: No earlier than the 1980s, when neons were
king. It's in very good condition with no discernible wear to
the metal. It's hard to tell whether the beads are glass or a
hard plastic; they feel like glass but the set is relatively
lightweight so we're assuming they're hard plastic. In any
event, it's a neat, slightly kooky, slightly funky little set of
jewelry.
