Payment Processing: We use PayPal to process our online payments. PayPal offers you the option of secure online payments using the credit card of your choice, debit card or e-check whether or not you have a Paypal account. Since the transaction is between you & PayPal, we never have access to your financial information. We've been customers of PayPal ourselves for over five years.
However, we also recognize that many folks aren't comfortable with PayPal. If you fall into this category but wish to make a purchase, please email us direct at customerservice@citrusavenuecollectibles.com and let us know. We will be happy to make arrangements with you for acceptance of bank or U.S. Postal Service money orders.
Shipping & Handling: You have two shipping options, so please read on. We normally ship using USPS Priority Mail and we ship within two business days of receiving your completed payment (weekends and holidays excluded). Our shipping & handling charges are as follows:
California orders will be subject to 8.25% sales tax.
However, if you wish to purchase one or two small, lightweight items, feel free to send an email with the item numbers & descriptions and we will be happy to quote shipping & handling based on USPS First Class rather than Priority Mail rates. ALL items, regardless of shipping method, are securely packed. We do not use padded envelopes only and simply hope it arrives undamaged! You can send your email to customerservice@citrusavenuecollectibles.com. If the quoted price for First Class shipping & handling is acceptable to you, we will then invoice your email address via Paypal.
Service Area: We are happy to process international orders on a case-by-case basis. International shoppers: Please email direct to customerservice@citrusavenuecollectibles.com, indicate which item(s) you wish to purchase and we will quote shipping & handling and arrange to invoice you through Paypal. We process international orders through Paypal only.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please remember, these are not new items. We make every effort to be sure our items are in good condition and that their descriptions are clear and accurate.
If you wish to return an item please let us know within three days of receiving the item by emailing us at customerservice@citrusavenuecollectibles.com. We will process your refund provided that the item is returned to us within 7 days following your email notification. Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition in which they were shipped. The method of shipping is, of course, up to you. If the item is returned in the same condition as when shipped to you, your refund will be for the full amount of your payment and issued as either a bank money order or a credit to your Paypal account, your choice.
